Connect with an Omega Collegian
As many of you know, last year our Omega Alumnae Chair created a tool to connect Omega collegians and Young Alums with Omega alumnae who are interested in networking, mentoring, coaching, and/or hiring. This tool is a simple Google Sheet that includes contact information. With this contact information, collegians are able to reach out to Omega alumnae for their support.
Add your name to this Google Sheet if you want to connect!
Once you add your information, Omega collegians and Omega young alums can reach out. Conversely, if you see a young alum listed that you feel aligns with your ability to network, mentor, or hire, you have the information needed to reach out!
Google Sheets 101
If you're not familiar with Google Sheets, you're not alone. Many of us grew up with Microsoft products all day, all the time. Google Sheets is a free, cloud-based spreadsheet tool that was created to compete with Excel. It was launched 20 years ago but grew in popularity in the mid-2010s when schools and small businesses adopted it because of its low implementation cost.
Today, G-Suite and Office 365 battle it out in higher education and corporations. Corporations like Meta, Costco, Salesforce, AirBNB, and more use G-Suite instead of Office products. Other corporations like Amazon, Walmart, Apple, and more continue to use Office products.
